As a further module to our system fences, we offer our customers self-supporting sliding doors in various designs, where widths of up to 4 m can be realized. The typical areas of application for cantilever sliding doors can be found wherever no guide elements may be present in the opening area (e.g. in crane guidance areas or for material supply and removal by forklift trucks).
Simple height adjustment
The height of the guide unit can be adjusted quickly using set screws.
Maximum impact resistance
All elements are sandblasted and powder coated.
Flexible planning
The door jambs are prepared for a passage as well as a corner situation. This has a positive influence on the assembly time and flexibility on the construction site.
The posts of the swing door alternate side are made of a stable steel profile with welded four-hole bottom plate. By default, both door jambs are prepared for a corner and passage situation. The screw-on hinges allow you to change the hinge direction at any time. The FTW design is particularly flexible and compatible with any attachment system for swing doors.
Fast assembly
Brühl casement doors are very stable and guarantee fast assembly - without loss of time on the construction site.
Flexible planning
The fence course can be installed at any angle. This has a positive influence on the assembly time and flexibility on the construction site.
Large opening
The swing doors can be opened up to 180°.
The MSRT-SL® roller shutter with its classic design (downward closing) offers the highest running speeds for the shortest cycle times. With an opening speed of up to 2.0 m/s and a closing speed of 1.6 m/s, the MSRT®-SL offers the highest possible speeds within the entire SpeedLine® series.
The heavy-duty, tear-resistant special treatment material (Brühl-TEX-I) provides secure restraint (in accordance with DIN EN 14120:2016, C.2.5.1). Forces of up to 150 joules are reliably absorbed. The polyester monofilament fabric coated on both sides with PVC is depressed by a maximum of 200 mm under this force. The fabric material even withstands loads of up to 1200 joules with a sharp-edged profile.
The upward-closing SpeedLine® Bottom machine safety roll-up door has no disturbing limitation of the door opening in height. Ideal for use on manipulators and loading and unloading stations for crane or robot systems. The wrap-around box with its compact design height allows the door to be opened to just 550 mm above the floor.

The stable separating safety device consists of fence elements with square profile frames and various infill options. The safety fence system CustomLine Frame is compatible with all Brühl door products. If the risk and hazard assessment indicates that the forces acting on a safety fence are too high, the components of the safety fence are made stronger.
High torsional stiffness/stability
Elements consist of miter-welded profile frames (no open frame profiles) with welded or inserted infills
Pane installation
with clamping brackets, no gluing, easy pane replacement possible
Cutouts
with angle or clamping profile as edge protection
