Safety Configurator / App

Precise. Simple. Effective.

Being on the safe side at all times is often not that easy. With the free app from BRÜHL, you will always have the verification for safety distances of separating protective devices with you in the future.
Thanks to the integrated safety distance configurator, you can carry out verification directly on site.

Thanks to the app, your installer can set up the protective fence directly with the correct safety distance and carry out verification by means of measurement (cf. EN ISO 14120:2013 7.3).

To do this, he simply enters the corresponding protective fence system, the height of the fence and the available ground clearance into the program. Immediately, the correct safety distance to the danger zone according to DIN EN ISO 13857:2008 is graphically displayed.

With the BRÜHL APP, you receive practical support for risk and hazard assessment in the direct production environment.

If you have any questions or require assistance, our experts will be happy to help you in word and deed.

Filling out help

Step 1: Choose protective fence system

FLEX - Brühl protective fencing system - opening 20x200 mm or CustomLine Frame - Brühl protective fencing system - opening 40 x 40 mm

The setting of the mesh size (opening size) affects the safety distance between the protective fence element and the hazardous area.

Step 2: Select ground clearance

175 mm or 20 mm

The ground clearance is represented graphically as the safety distance between the lower edge of the safety fence and the ground/platform.

Step 3: Select protective device height

Grid settings: 1400 - 2600 mm in 200 mm steps

Note that the safety distance to the hazardous area can be controlled via the height of the protective device, i.e. higher protective fences can achieve a smaller safety distance to the hazardous area for the encroachment situation and thus optimize production areas.
