The MSST®-PL Standard sliding gate consists of a stable steel construction, which is a portal closed at the top. Both the drive unit with gear motor and roller chain and the safety switch are completely housed in the gate head.
The sliding gate is available with closing direction left and with closing direction right. With the three bottom plates, the gate has an extremely firm stand on the ground and can be manufactured with a clear width of up to four meters.
The main closing edge is protected by an electrical safety edge connected to the main frame via an energy guiding chain.
The MSST®-PL-M sliding gate is the multi-leaf version of the MSST®-PL. This is primarily used in confined spaces and is also available with closing direction left and right.
The telescoping gate leaves allow large opening widths with simultaneously small overall construction widths.
The main closing edge is protected by an electrical safety edge connected to the main frame via an energy guiding chain.
The MSST®-PL-D sliding gate closes with two counter-rotating gate wings from the left and right towards the center of the opening. Its steel construction represents a portal closed at the top, which in combination with the four floor plates has an extremely firm stand on the ground. Thus, a clear width of up to four meters is available.
Both the drive unit with gear motor and roller chain and the safety switch are completely housed in the door head. The ground clearance can be individually designed within the standard specifications.
The main closing edges are protected by electric safety edges connected to the main frame via energy guiding chains. The sliding gate is available with multiple leaves on request.
The MSST®-PL-B sliding gate on both sides is equipped with two gate wings that can be moved separately via two separate drives. Thus, the left and right gate openings can be opened and closed independently of each other. With the continuous gate head sill, the gate represents an upwardly closed portal. The drive units with gear motors and roller chains as well as the safety switches are completely housed in the door head. With the four base plates, the door has a firm footing on the ground and the ground clearance can be individually designed within the standard specifications.

The MSST®-PL-F cantilever sliding gate represents an extremely compact design of a sliding gate without a portal frame. Both the drive unit with gear motor and roller chain and the safety switch are completely housed in the gate base. The sliding gate is available with closing direction left and closing direction right and with an opening width of up to six meters. Widths of up to 12 meters are possible when two cantilevered sliding gates are arranged in opposite directions. With its construction without a portal, this type of gate offers an ideal solution of protection at accessible plant stations with crane or manipulator loading.
The main closing edge is protected by an electrical safety edge connected to the main frame via an energy guiding chain. Optionally, the rear secondary closing edge can also be equipped with another electrical safety edge.
The MSST®-PL-2-F cantilever sliding gate is the double-leaf version of the MSST®-PL sliding gate. This gate represents an extremely compact design of a sliding gate without a portal frame. The telescopic gate leaves provide a large closing range and compact dimensions when open. Both the drive unit with gear motor and roller chain and the safety switch are completely housed in the gate base.
The sliding gate is available with closing direction on the left and with closing direction on the right and with width up to five meters.
With its construction without a portal, this type of gate offers an ideal solution of protection at walk-in plant stations with crane or manipulator loading.
The main closing edges are protected with electric safety edges, which are connected to the main frame of the door via energy guiding chains. Optionally, the rear side secondary closing edges are also available with electrical safety edges.
The MSDT-PL swing gate essentially consists of a gate post and a gate leaf that swivels horizontally by 90 degrees. Both the drive unit with gear motor and the position encoder and safety switch are mounted centrally on the gate post.
The door is available with both left and right stops and offers free access to the machine area, as it is designed without an interfering portal. This makes it an ideal solution for protection at walk-in plant stations with crane or manipulator loading.
The main closing edge is protected by a mechanical friction disk clutch in the drive.
The MSDT-PL-D swing gate consists of two single-leaf gates of the MSDT-PL type in a mirror image arrangement. Both gate halves are equipped with separate drives and sensors and thus offer the possibility to open or close the two gate wings independently of each other.
The drive units as well as the position encoder and the safety switch are centrally mounted on the two gate posts. The gate allows free access to the machine area, as it is designed without an interfering portal. This results in an ideal solution for safeguarding at walk-in plant stations with crane or manipulator loading.
The main closing edges are protected by mechanical friction disk clutches in the drives.
The classic MSHT®-PL machine protection lift gate with its steel construction represents a portal closed at the top. Depending on the opening width, the MSHT®-PL is equipped with three to five roller chain sets and is available with a width of up to 9 meters.
The main closing edge is protected by an electrical safety edge connected to the main frame via a trailing cable. The gate leaf can extend beyond the upper edge of the gate portal, so that extremely low construction heights can be realized. A fixed panel to cover the upper gate area is optional.
The MSHT®-PL-XL machine protection lift gate is used for clear widths of over 9 meters. The lift gate consists of an additionally reinforced steel structure designed for the increased requirements of up to 16 meters clear width.
The main closing edge is protected by an electrical safety edge connected to the main frame via a trailing cable. The gate leaf can extend beyond the upper edge of the gate portal, so that extremely low construction heights can be realized. A fixed panel to cover the upper gate area is optional.
The MSHT®-PL-2 consists of a sturdy steel construction that results in a portal that is closed at the top. The gate has two driven leaves that open telescopically upwards. This allows for a low overall construction height and minimum space requirements when open, even for large openings.
The closing edge is protected by electrical safety edges connected to the main frame by trailing cables. A fixed panel for covering the upper gate area is optional.
The MSHT®-PL-M-U lift gate closes upwards with two to four gate leaves driven together. The door consists of a stable steel construction, which is an upward open portal without a crossbar.
A classic application for this type of door is the separation of areas between production cells with robots, e.g. for the passage of parts in low floor structures. The telescopic arrangement of the door leaves results in a comparatively low lower opening edge with a comparatively high stroke.
Alternatively, this lift gate is also available with pneumatic drive on request. This door is only available without closing edge protection and is used within closed safety circuits as a separating area partition without personal protection.
The MSHT®-PL-I is designed for integration into machines, presses, and material loading and unloading stations. This design also consists of a sturdy steel structure, which is a gantry closed at the top. The gate has a driven wing that closes from top to bottom.
The closing edge is protected by an electrical safety edge or optionally by a safety light curtain. A variety of motor attachment and mounting options for the door allow for individual design. A fixed panel for covering the upper door area is optional.
The MSHT®-PL-V is a special design of the classic MSHT®-PL lift gate. The movable gate wing is designed on three sides and protrudes forward from the gate housing level. The precision guides of the gate wing also allow the design of heavy gate wings
with a large depth dimension. This design can be used to cover special machine parts and devices which, for example, must be accessible from 2 or 3 sides when the gate is open.
This type of construction also consists of a sturdy steel structure, which is a portal closed at the top. The gate has a driven leaf that closes either from top to bottom or from bottom to top. The protection of the closing edges is provided by electrical safety edges.
The MSHT®-PL-V-XL is another lift gate design with a three-sided gate leaf projecting forward from the gate housing level. The precision guides also allow the design of heavy door leaves with particularly large depth dimensions. This design can be used to cover special machine parts and devices which, for example, must be accessible from two or three sides when the gate is open.
This type of construction also consists of a sturdy steel structure, which is a portal closed at the top. The gate has a continuous or also a vertically divided leaf, which closes either from top to bottom or from bottom to top. The protection of the closing edges is provided by electrical safety edges.

The movable door leaf moves in linear guides along this door post, and a small guide post on the opposite side prevents the door leaf from rotating. The MSRT®-PL-L roll-up door has a stable and self-standing portal construction with a precision steel tube as the winding shaft and includes a frequency-controlled drive.
This door can be equipped with aluminum or steel slats and optionally with privacy windows. The safety equipment is an electric safety edge on the closing edge for triggering the reversing function.
The MSRT®-PL-KHV consists of a downward closing roller shutter, the shutter head of which can be moved completely to the rear of the machine room via two horizontal axes. The construction is specially designed for loading and maintenance operations by means of crane systems.
This door is supplied with Brühl TEX II film curtain, which can also be combined with clear view elements for better process visibility. The safety equipment is an electrical safety edge on the main closing edge for triggering the reversing function.
The Brühl MSRT®-PL-HV is an inclined forward and downward closing rolling door with a specially shaped door construction. With the downward offset door head, it is specially designed for loading and maintenance operations using crane systems.
This door is supplied with Brühl TEX II film curtain, which can also be combined with clear view elements for better process visibility. The safety equipment is an electrical safety edge at the main closing edge for triggering the reversing function. The door must be supported in the area of the door head.
The MSRT®-PL machine safety roll-up door consists of a stable self-standing portal construction with a precision steel tube as the winding shaft and, like all Brühl roll-up doors, has a frequency-controlled drive. An electronic safety edge at the main closing edge serves as safety equipment for triggering the reversing function.
Due to the sectional divisions, this door can be built with a clear width of up to 7500 mm. Contours can be incorporated into the curtain entirely according to individual requirements
