To guarantee effective workflows for our customers, we rely on customer-specific solutions. Therefore, we have developed a wide range of sliding doors to optimally meet individual production processes. All doors can be integrated into our safety fence systems as modules with the corresponding frame filling and are available in any color. Deviating special sizes and designs are available on request.
Fast assembly
Brühl sliding doors are very stable and guarantee fast assembly - without wasting time on site.
Flexible planning
The door jambs are prepared for a passage as well as a corner situation. This has a positive influence on the assembly time and flexibility on the construction site.
Maximum impact resistance
All elements are sandblasted and powder coated.
The posts of the swing door alternate side are made of a stable steel profile with welded four-hole bottom plate. By default, both door jambs are prepared for a corner and passage situation. The screw-on hinges allow you to change the hinge direction at any time. The FTW design is particularly flexible and compatible with any attachment system for swing doors.
Fast assembly
Brühl casement doors are very stable and guarantee fast assembly - without loss of time on the construction site.
Flexible planning
The fence course can be installed at any angle. This has a positive influence on the assembly time and flexibility on the construction site.
Large opening
The swing doors can be opened up to 180°.
The MSST®-PL-B sliding gate on both sides is equipped with two gate wings that can be moved separately via two separate drives. Thus, the left and right gate openings can be opened and closed independently of each other. With the continuous gate head sill, the gate represents an upwardly closed portal. The drive units with gear motors and roller chains as well as the safety switches are completely housed in the door head. With the four base plates, the door has a firm footing on the ground and the ground clearance can be individually designed within the standard specifications.
The main closing edges are protected by electric safety edges connected to the main frame via energy guiding chains.
The robust safety fence system as a supplementary modular protective device in accordance with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, DIN EN ISO 12100, ISO 10218-1, ISO 10218-2, DIN EN ISO 13857, DIN EN ISO 14119 and DIN EN ISO 14120. It was primarily developed to protect the danger zones of industrial robots against impacts and material handling losses. "High Resistant" is designed for the increased risk of a mechanical collision between the robot arm and the guarding and can be supplemented or combined with the FLEX and CustomLine Frame safety fence systems in certain areas. If access is unavoidable in the high-risk areas protected by the "High Resistant" safety fence system, Brühl offers special inward-opening sliding doors and inward-opening safety swing doors for this purpose.
Optimum stability
Force-fitted all-round weld seam for connecting base plate and post profile
Captivity of the fastening material
Fastening material remains with the screws on the grid elements
Mechanical stop
L-profile tabs on the inside of the upper protective fence area prevent a grille element panel from being pushed out
