The MSHT®-PL-E-V represents a special design of the MSHT®-PL-E single-sided lift gate. The entire drive and counterweight unit is housed in a single main post. The movable door leaf moves along this post in linear guides, and an optional guide post on the opposite side prevents the door leaf from rotating. This concept results in a very compact safety gate with only a few fixed parts and no interfering crossbars.

The individually designable cranked contour of the door leaf allows it to be used in stations with particularly tight space conditions. The classic application is walk-in plant stations where material is fed in or discharged with overhead cranes or manipulators. The gate has a driven leaf that closes either from top to bottom or from bottom to top. The closing edges are protected by electrical safety edges.
