CUSTOMLINE protective fences

Brühl High Fence is a simple, perfected and flexible fencing system consisting of standard fence elements and posts which can be combined with the wide range of Brühl doors. The modular concept allows optimal adaptation to a wide range of operational conditions. By stacking the lattice elements, a fence height of up to 4835mm can be realized.

The FLEX guardrail system ensures maximum safety thanks to DIN EN ISO 14122-3 (Safety of machinery - Permanent means of access to machinery - Part 3: Stairs, ladders and guardrails) in combination with DIN EN ISO 14120 (Safety of machinery - Guards - General requirements for the design and construction of fixed and movable guards).

The modular concept allows optimum adaptation to a wide variety of operational conditions, can be individually shortened on site, and is compatible with all Brühl door products. According to DIN EN ISO 14122-3, fall protection is required from a height of 500 mm.

Brühl's CustomLine Wall protective fence system consists of sheet metal elements and posts that are compatible with all Brühl door products. This stable separating protective device is used in particular where plant safety cannot be guaranteed by protective grids or where other environmental conditions - such as protection against smoke formation, visual, acoustic or small parts protection - must be taken into account.

The stable separating protective device consists of fence elements with square profile frames and different infill variants. The CustomLine Frame safety fence system is compatible with all Brühl door products. If, on the basis of the risk and hazard assessment, an excessively high force impact on a protective fence can be derived, the components of the protective fence are made stronger.

The stainless steel protective fence systems were developed as separating protective devices for special applications. Areas of application can be found in alkaline and acid environments as well as in the food industry (please inquire for modified system). The frameless design of the FLEX stainless steel safety fence system minimizes the deposit areas and thus reduces the possibility of dirt accumulation.

Brühl's aluminum safety fence system is a stable separating protective device made of standard mesh elements and posts that is compatible with all Brühl door products. With the aluminum protective fence system, we combine the best material properties of steel and aluminum in a continuous protective fence system. The modular concept allows optimum adaptation to a wide variety of operational conditions while ensuring maximum safety.

The robust safety fence system as a supplementary modular protective device in accordance with Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, DIN EN ISO 12100, ISO 10218-1, ISO 10218-2, DIN EN ISO 13857, DIN EN ISO 14119 and DIN EN ISO 14120. It was primarily developed for safeguarding the hazardous areas of industrial robots, against impacts and material handling losses. "High Resistant" is designed for the increased risk of a mechanical collision of the robot arm with the guarding device and can be supplemented or combined with the FLEX and CustomLine Frame guarding systems in certain areas. If access is unavoidable in the high-risk areas protected by the "High Resistant" guarding system, Brühl offers special internal sliding doors and inward-opening hinged safety doors for this purpose.
