Brühl is ready - Machinery Directive 2023/1230/EU
European Machinery Regulation

Statement from Brühl Safety GmbH

From 2027, the new Machinery Regulation 2023/1230/EU (MVO) will come into force. For industrial companies in the European Union, this means that all measures must be taken during the transition period to prepare for the amendments and renewals of the Machinery Regulation. The Machinery Directive will continue to apply until the Machinery Ordinance finally comes into force.

As a specialist for machine guards, Brühl Safety GmbH focuses on the development of machine guard fence systems, high-speed machine guards, machine guard doors and machine guard cabins. With its foundation in 1983, the company's history goes back to the time of the original establishment of the Machinery Directive (89/392/EEC), which was adopted by the European Council in 1989 and finally came into force in 1995.

This is how Brühl Safety GmbH has managed to secure the trust of its customers in the long term and position itself successfully on the market. The decisive factor here is that Brühl's customers can rely on the fact that the relevant standards are always kept in mind for all products and that any necessary changes are taken into account in advance.

The following statement provides an overview from the perspective of Brühl Safety GmbH of the most important changes and innovations resulting from the Machinery Regulation 2023/1230/EU (MVO).
